Booking Policy

• Payment –Our payment terms vary based on the duration of the stay: 1. Stays less than 30 days- upon booking we require full payment to secure the reservation. 2. Stays greater than 30 days- for extended stays, the remaining balance may be settled on a monthly basis
• Cancellation- 7 days Prior to check-in, and 14 days once in-house
