• Payment –Less than 30 days: Payment due on move in date, More than 30 days: Payment due every 30 days
• Cancellation- Free cancellation before 30 days, 50% fee due if cancelled more than 14 days before, 75% fee due if cancelled more than 7 days before, 100% fee due if cancelled less than 7 days before
