Location 

  • Mitcham is home to a large area (460 acres) of South London's open green space in the form of Mitcham Common, studded with a few ponds and buildings. Mitcham is served by two railway stations: Mitcham Junction and Mitcham Eastfields. Trains on the Thameslink route from Central London continue on via the Sutton Loop Line to Sutton and Wimbledon back towards Central London

How to book with Livinc

  • Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
  • Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!   

 

Booking Policy 

  • Check-in 15:00 Check out 10:00
  • Payment –We need an advance payment of 14 days before their arrival. If the stay is longer than 30 days will be subject to agreement if we can offer monthly instalments and pay at the beginning of each month.
  • Cancellation- Standard CLX policy is 14 days prior and 14 days notice to vacate for up to 90 days stay
  • Please note – the size and layout of your space may vary from the description as we often have multiple apartments within the same block/type
