The Apartment
This lovely non smoking apartment has two bedrooms with an interleading bathroom
There is also an open-plan living area and an equipped kitchen, ideal for all your self-catering needs
The comfortable lounge leads out onto a stand on balcony where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and Table Mountain. Relax around the hot or cold swimming pool, or take a 30 meter walk across the promenade which are in front of the apartment block to the main beach, a surfer, stand up board paddler and kite surfers paradise
There is also a communal braai area, where you can enjoy the view whilst putting your favorite meat on the coals. For the more active, there is a gym to do your daily workout as well as a squash court
Location
Visit the historic Castle of Good Hope, go up Table Mountain, take a Big Red Bus tour to Kirstenbosch and Hout Bay or go shopping at the V&A Waterfront. For the more adventurous guests, learn to kite-surf in Bloubergstrand with a range of packages including equipment hire or play a round of golf at any of the nearby courses

How to book with Livinc
Submit an enquiry – use the form to the right and a Livinc Agent will contact you within 24 hours confirming availability and a bookable quote. Please check your junk mail if you’ve received no response
Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy
Check-in is at 14:00 pm check-out is at 10:00 am
Payment – stays less than 1 month are pre-paid, stays longer than 1 month require pre-payment of the first month and then monthly payments directly to the property
Cancellation-Payment is non-refundable unless Owner manages to rebook any nights that were cancelled. Consumer Protection Act will apply and if guests can’t travel due to travel restrictions, the Owner will offer a travel credit for the property.
