The House
- Our accommodation contains 3 large double rooms that can accommodate up to 7 people with a spacious bathroom. All rooms come with loads of storage to place your clothing and other items, and with blackout curtains to help you sleep peacefully at night
- Our immaculate kitchen contains all your cooking utensils required to make your favourite meals. Just stored your ingredients in our stylish cupboard units and in the Fridge Freezer
- When you just want to chill and relax, distract yourself from the real world in the living room and make yourself feel cosy with the central heating on
- The living room includes a Smart TV where you can watch your favourite movies and shows on Amazon/Netflix (Subscription Required). There is free parking on Trafalgar Road/Woodbridge Road!

How to book with Livinc

- Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy
- Check-in is at 3:00, check-out is at 12:00
- Payment – stays less than 1 month are pre-paid, stays longer than 1 month require pre-payment of the first month and then monthly payments directly to the property
- Cancellation – Non refundable
- Please note – the size and layout of your space may vary from the description as we often have multiple apartments within the same block/type
