How to book with Livinc

- Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
- Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy
- Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am
- All in advance for less than 30 days. For greater than 30 days we can accept all at outset or monthly payment in advance
- Cancellation- 7 days prior to midday on the day booking commences for less than a month booking. 14 days prior to midday on the day booking commences for longer stay
- Please note – the size and layout of your space may vary from the description as we often have multiple apartments within the same block/type
