- This lovely three bedroom terraced house is located in Bearwood, a lovely Birmingham suburb. It is ideal for larger groups and contractors that are seeking a quiet home, located within a 16-minute drive from the Bullring Shopping Centre
- Bearwood is part of the green and leafy outskirts of Birmingham. The house comes fully furnished and equipped for long and short-term stays. We will provide you and your teams with Wifi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and Netflix for your comfort
- The entire space will be available to you and your group. We have also installed a 50”TV in the living room, where you can access your favourite movies, series and TV shows
- The house also benefits from a lovely outdoor garden, where you can enjoy a meal with your friends, co-workers or family. The house comes with free on-street parking

- Payment – stays less than 1 month are pre-paid, stays longer than 1 month require pre-payment of the first month and then monthly payments directly to the property
- Cancellation – Non refundable
