The Apartment
- The large lawn, swimming pool, and wind protected boma area with pizza oven and barbecue make this space great for outdoor holiday fun
- The open plan kitchen, living and dining area offers a space to congregate in or retreat to 1 of 2 TV lounges to relax and unwind after a day on the breathtaking Llandudno beach.Upon arrival and a walk down the stairs from the entrance your breath will be taken away by the over 180-degree view of the mountain and sea, it is a true WOW factor! n the ground floor you will find the garage and outside parking
- You will enter and walk down to the first floor. The first floor is very modern and open plan with a kitchen center island, a seating area and a dining area. Behind the kitchen is the scullery and just to the left a very large TV room with a wood burning fireplace for cold winter nights
- The floor to ceiling windows creates the feeling of space and openness. You can exit onto the veranda and from there you can go down to the garden where you will find a pool and an amazing boma area with a pizza oven, barbecue and dining area
- You will spend most of your time outside lapping up the views and jumping in and out of the pool on a hot summer days

How to book with Livinc
- Submit an enquiry – use the form to the right and a Livinc Agent will contact you within 24 hours confirming availability and a bookable quote. Please check your junk mail if you’ve received no response
- Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
- Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy
- Check-in is at 14:00 pm check-out is at 10:00 am
- Payment – stays less than 1 month are pre-paid, stays longer than 1 month require pre-payment of the first month and then monthly payments directly to the property
- Cancellation-Payment is non-refundable unless Owner manages to rebook any nights that were cancelled. Consumer Protection Act will apply and if guests can’t travel due to travel restrictions, the Owner will offer a travel credit for the property.
