These modern duplex apartments have everything you need for your next trip to Manchester. The building is a new, modern development that has just been brought to the serviced accommodation community
The apartments have an open plan kitchen and living area which is spacious and cosy. They are kitted out with a 40 inch Smart TV with Harmon & Kardon sound system. We have a sleek dining table that seats 4 and a luxurious corner sofa to watch some TV. The apartments have fibre optic broadband so you can stream the latest shows with ease!
Location
The building is in a vibrant district of Central Manchester. We are a 5 minute walk away from Manchester Arena and have free on street parking outside along with our own dedicated spaces

How to book with Livinc
Submit an enquiry – use the form to the right and a Livinc Agent will contact you within 24 hours confirming availability and a bookable quote. Please check your junk mail if you’ve received no response
Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy
Check-in and Check out : Flexible for long stays
Payment –Usually full payment upon booking as most stays are shorter
Cancellation- Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the time of receipt. Cancellations must be made by e-mail or through the booking channel. Confirmation of cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure proper receipt of their cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, and your check in date is over 14 days away, a full refund will be issued. Any cancellations made between 48 hours of booking and 7 days before check in, will be refunded at 50%.For cancellations within 7 days of check in, no refund is made. We strongly recommend that all Customers obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover
