How to book with Livinc

Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy

Payment –Usually full payment upon booking as most stays are shorter
Cancellation- Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the time of receipt. Cancellations must be made by e-mail or through the booking channel. Confirmation of cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure proper receipt of their cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, and your check in date is over 14 days away, a full refund will be issued. Any cancellations made between 48 hours of booking and 7 days before check in, will be refunded at 50%.For cancellations within 7 days of check in, no refund is made. We strongly recommend that all Customers obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover
