We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.There is a sofa, Smart TV (free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content), and a drop-down table/workspace and chairs and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin and welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors, there are a few steps along internal corridors to reach the apartment. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered car park underneath the building (short wheelbase vehicles with a maximum height of 2.1m).
