House Rules 1 Smoking is strictly forbidden If smoking is found to have happened inside the property due to smell ash or cigarette the guest will be charged 15000 2 No parties are allowed this is a residential development If a party is found to be happening the guest will be asked to leave immediately 3 Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am We want you to enjoy your stay but please show respect for your neighbours and realise that this is somebodys apartment treat it as you would your own Any reports of aggressive rowdy or abusive behaviour will result in appropriate action taking place 4 If stays are longer than 7 nights a mid stay clean will be arranged and we must have access to do a mid-week clean these are designed for your comfort and ours 5 Complimentary items These are provided as a back up for you and include washing up liquid washing tablets cleaning cloths tea and coffee making facilities and a toilet roll per bathroom These are design
